Deposit to hold a plot is 200 000 Baht, and we give you two months to sign the contract.

Standard material and conditions

Price for additional land is 5 000 Baht per square metre.
Land Transfer fees are paid by the seller.
Electric and water meter including installation will be paid by the seller.
2 aircondition units is included.
1 one-point hot water unit and 2 two point hot water units.
Grass (lawn) landscaping.
Waterpump and underground water tank (1 600 Litres)
Fully furnished kitchen: Lower cupboard with a granite worktop and drawers, upper cupboard with drawers, stove with 2 gas & 2 electric hubs and a kitchen exhaust fan above, kitchen sink, dish washing machine, refrigerator and freezer.
Buyer pays public facilities of 2 500 Baht per month, and pays one year in advance from the date of handover.
No refunds will be made for standard material that you do not need. The buyer pays for all costs involved in changing the original house plans.
Car port is standard only for house type Krisana. Car port on request on Muntana and Ratdawan.
Swimming pool on request for all houses.
No furniture included in house prices.
