Construction Details of the houses

- First floor: on the floor tiles in all rooms.
- Second floor: on the floor in the bedrooms and in the stairway redwood/Parquet. In the bathrooms floors and walls tiles.
- Two air conditioners and two hot water showers.
- Free grass in the garden.
- In the kitchen only cupboards and a counter made of granite stone, exclude machines.
- Bed rooms will include buildt-in wardrobes
- Inner roof in gypsum board.
- Outer roof is cements color. And under the roof heat protection foil.
- Underground water tank for free.
- Ground protection against termites through undergound pipes.
- The wall in the front of the house is made of cement pillar and wood between the pillars.
